Job summary

INX International Ink Co. is hiring Mill Operators to manufacture high-quality ink and learn TPM practices on our production floor in Charlotte, NC. You will run batches, package products, and assist with machine maintenance while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months of related work experience requested.
• Good math and basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and reliability on shift.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Strong Autonomous Maintenance (AM) background preferred.
• Able to collaborate with multiple teams and maintain attendance.

Responsibilities

• Run batches of ink at proper mill settings.
• Package finished product and apply labels.
• Clean and maintain machines per TPM standards.
• Learn and apply TPM knowledge daily.
• Operate Hockmeyer mill and maintain OEE targets.
• Create/maintain database of formulas and processing times.
• Canning and operating press out unit, pump filter, forklift.
• Act as QC liaison, provide ink samples and record data.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and assist troubleshooting.
• Support repacks and ensure safety on shift hours.
