Wikoff Color Corporation in Norwich, CT seeks an In-Plant Technician I to support on-site color matching and ink preparation. You will mix base colors and vehicles and prepare lab proofs for customer approval.

You will provide press-side technical services, manage ink inventory including recycling returned inks, and participate in CFPI initiatives to improve productivity and customer satisfaction, while maintaining safety and quality on a day shift with occasional on-call support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of color matching and ink handling.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and provide on-call support.
• Strong customer focus and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site color matching and prepare lab proofs for customer approval.
• Provide press-side technical services to support production runs.
• Blend base colors and vehicles to meet color and performance standards.
• Oversee ink inventory and recycling of returned inks.
