• Proficiency in color matching and blending; must pass color vision test.
• Familiarity with PRISM, SPEC and X-RITE systems.
• Strong math and analytical abilities, good data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and blend raw materials for ink, primer, and adhesive formulation.
• Formulate and tone colors for press runs.
• Maintain ink supply and prepare materials for jobs.
• Manage ink inventory and related materials.
• Process returned inks and track solvent usage.
• Input data into PRISM system.
• Handle, store and label hazardous materials.
• Support press changeovers and maintain clean work area.
• Operate equipment including lift trucks.
• Contribute to waste reduction initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
