Premise Health is seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist to provide care and prevention support for client employees at our Health Center in Princeton, IN. The role features an overnight schedule, Monday–Friday, 7:15 PM–4:00 AM, with some flexibility and no weekend requirements.
You will perform ergonomic assessments, lead movement and injury prevention programs, coordinate care, and collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to promote wellness.

As a Full Time Injury Prevention Specialist, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Princeton, IN. This overnight schedule is a great fit for those who prefer nontraditional hours, offering consistent weekday shifts with some flexibility and no weekend requirements.
