Job summary

SPECTRAFORCE seeks an experienced Injury Prevention Specialist to join our Workplace Health & Safety team at a Fulfillment Center in Indiana. You will lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety initiatives under the Site WHS Manager, focusing on ergonomic training and engagement with associates.

Two weeks of onboarding (AEW) and online training precede shifts from week 3. You will collaborate across teams to embed prevention into daily workflows and wellness education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or State) required.
• Valid First Aid/CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety initiatives.
• Develop and deliver ergonomic training programs for associates.
• Collaborate with operations to integrate prevention into daily workflows.
• Transform injury data into actionable safety strategies.
