Qualifications

• Experience managing pre-suit personal injury cases.
• Ability to manage cases from pre-demand to settlement or transfer to litigation.
• Experience with PIP, UM, BI, and PD claims preferred.
• Must be able to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from pre-demand through settlement or transfer to litigation.
• Request medical records and prepare demand packages.
• Prepare and file Civil remedy Notices and draft settlement statements.
• Coordinate settlements and distributions; hire expert witnesses as needed.
• Draft complaints and prepare cases for litigation following attorney guidance.
• Ensure all tasks follow the case checklist and team workflow.
