Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative – Injury/Infection Prevention to support the sales team by promoting Sage products to healthcare providers, focused on Injury and Infection Prevention solutions. You’ll engage in demonstrations, help manage customer relationships, and provide exceptional support for client satisfaction.

This role includes training, industry events, and a clear path to advancement. Base salary is $70,304 with potential bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0+ years of professional experience.
• Valid driver license in the state of residence and a good driving record.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote Sage products to nurses and hospital staff while building relationships.
• Follow extensive product training and tailor promotional messages to the customer.
• Assist in hospital surveys as well as post-sale implementation and training.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by teamwork and responsive service.
• Assist in preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions and clinical meetings.
• Adhere to OSHA guidelines when conducting product evaluation.
