Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to promote Sage products in Injury and Infection Prevention to healthcare providers. You will assist with demonstrations, nurture customer relationships, and support post-sale implementation and satisfaction.

This role offers training, industry events, and collaboration with the sales team to achieve goals and grow toward more senior positions within Stryker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0+ years of professional experience.
• Valid driver license in state of residence with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote Sage products to nurses, clinicians and hospital staff while delivering excellent customer service and building relationships.
• Complete product training to tailor messages, advise on product selection, and differentiate Sage from competitors.
• Assist in hospital surveys, post-sale implementation and training to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate teamwork and integrity to deliver a high level of customer service and patient-focused outcomes.
• Assist in planning and running trade shows, conventions and clinical meetings.
• Follow OSHA guidelines when conducting product evaluations.
