• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/plastics engineering or related field.
• 10–15+ years in injection molding/engineered plastics equipment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead injection machinery strategy and platform standards across the network.
• Lead mold-machine interface standards and tooling compatibility with machines.
• Improve injection system performance: cycle time, repeatability, reliability.
• Own lifecycle strategy for injection equipment including modernization and capital prioritization.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Plastics Engineering, or related technical field
