As an Injection Operator, you will operate and monitor injection molding equipment, support machine changeovers, troubleshoot process issues, perform quality checks, and help keep production

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of injection molding experience.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of injection molding processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines to meet production, quality, and safety requirements.
• Respond to machine alarms, troubleshoot equipment issues, and escalate as needed.
• Perform setup support, changeovers, color changes, and process adjustments.
• Complete routine quality checks and document non-conformances.
• Package finished products and support material handling activities.
• Maintain production records and keep the work area safe and organized.
