Novolex is seeking a Molder to operate and troubleshoot injection molding machines, ensuring products meet quality standards. The role includes start-up/shut-down, mold changes, and collaboration with maintenance to resolve equipment issues.

Training and safety compliance are emphasized, with overtime and weekend work typical in a manufacturing setting. The position offers 1st-3rd shift options, a pay rate of $24.00–$30.00 per hour plus a $0.50 night shift differential, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with technical training.
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklift equipment preferred.
• Good English communication and basic computer skills.
• Standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot injection molding machinery to meet quality targets.
• Assist maintenance with equipment issues on conveyors, stackers and automation.
• Perform mold changes and machine start-up/shut-down.
• Maintain cavitation and manage production continuity.
• Document processes in the maintenance tracking system.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE at all times.
• Complete trainings and perform other tasks as assigned.
