Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience (plastics preferred)
• Technical certificate or coursework in plastics technology, manufacturing, or mechanical systems
• Exposure to injection molding machine interfaces (e.g., Arburg, Engel, or similar)

Responsibilities

• Dismantle, clean, assemble, and set up molding tools for production
• Perform mold changes and prepare machines for production runs
• Troubleshoot basic molding equipment issues; escalate complex issues as needed
• Monitor cycle times, injection intervals, and part quality
• Support operators with process-related questions
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols
• Apply Lean Continuous Improvement principles in daily work
• Support production across multiple molding machines as directed
• Travel domestically and internationally for training as needed
