• 1–3 years of experience operating production machinery; plastics exposure is a plus.
• Hands-on, proactive learner with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts and assist with scheduled mold changeovers.
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues or abnormalities.
• Perform visual checks and dimensional inspections to verify quality.
• Move finished goods to staging areas and grind scrap for reuse.
• Capture accurate counts and maintain production and inventory records.
• Keep your cell clean, organized, and safe for the next run.
• Debrief with teammates, tidy the area, and set up the next run.
