The role emphasizes strict adherence to specifications, with a day shift from 05:00 to 13:30 and a strong focus on process consistency and continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings and work orders.
• Willingness to operate and monitor injection molding equipment while maintaining process consistency.
• Comfort using measurement tools including micrometers, Vernier calipers, and an optical comparator.
• Strong focus on quality checks, including first-run verification and ongoing conformance monitoring.
• Ability to perform occasional preventive maintenance per the manufacturer’s instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprint drawings and work orders to meet customer specifications.
• Produce quality parts by running plastic injection molding machines per work orders.
• Monitor process temperatures and injection pressures to detect non-conformances to specs.
• Verify settings by measuring positions, completing first-run parts, and checking samples.
• Use precision instruments to confirm part accuracy.
