Responsibilities

• Count good parts, rejected parts and parts that require reworking.
• Identify and report machine downtime.
• Insert/remove materials from ERP/system.
• Ensure 5S at the workstation.
• Perform cleaning and inspection plans.
• Execute machining steps per work plan.
• Confirm parts status, machining time and downtime in ERP, with reasons for deviations.
• Place material requests and post consumption in ERP.
• Pack and label produced parts per specs.
• Carry out defined quality checks.
• Use single or multi-system operation.
• Start/restart systems per documentation or specs.
• Fix temporary machine interruptions within responsibility.
• Escalate technical problems per escalation matrix.
• Carry out set-up process
