Job summary

Acara Solutions is hiring an Injection Molding Supervisor in Ferndale, WA to lead molding operations and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on the shop floor. You will manage equipment, follow SOPs, and coordinate with production teams to meet daily targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing and plastics production, with hands-on experience in injection molding, extrusion, and plastic piping products.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee injection molding, extrusion, and related production equipment.
• Follow SOPs and production schedules while meeting daily production targets.
• Oversee product assembly, trimming, packaging, labeling, and visual quality inspections.
• Assist with equipment cleaning, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing environment.
• Support production teams and ensure safety and quality requirements are followed.

Employment Type: Direct hire

Compensation: $144,000 per year

Schedule: M-F 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

What You'll Do:

• Operate and oversee injection molding, extrusion, and related production equipment.
• Follow SOPs and production schedules while meeting daily production targets.
• Oversee product assembly, trimming, packaging, labeling, and visual quality inspections.
• Assist with equipment cleaning, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.

• Manufacturing or production experience required.
• Injection molding, extrusion, or plastics manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with plastic piping, pipe fittings, valves, PVC, CPVC, HDPE, PP, or similar products is highly desirable.
• Hands‑on, dependable, safety‑conscious, and able to work effectively with a production team.
• Comfortable working in a factory/​manufacturing environment.
