Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Two years of GMP manufacturing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding, plastics processing, tooling, and assembly.
• Hands-on injection molding setup and process development.
• Knowledge of mold design, construction, and maintenance.
• Experience with mold flow simulation reviews and design for manufacturability.
• Deep understanding of polymer behaviors (ABS, PVC, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Nylon).
• Familiarity with FDA/regulatory requirements.
• Excellent technical problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot onsite.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in tight spaces.

In this high-impact role, you will directly influence the design, development, and production of next-generation medical devices while serving as the technical expert for complex, highly automated plastics manufacturing processes. You will lead the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of injection molding operations, driving improvements in product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and overall cost performance in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.
