Job summary

NCW is seeking a Set-Up/Process Technician for a fast-paced plastic injection molding environment. You will set up and maintain molding equipment, perform mold/tool changes, and ensure safe, efficient production. Strong mechanical aptitude and English communication are essential.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, alarm responses, and preventive maintenance to meet daily production goals. The role requires standing for long periods and following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 2 years' hands-on experience in plastic injection molding.
• Solid understanding of mold/tool changeovers and machine maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain injection molding machines, robots, dryers, grinders, and related equipment.
• Perform mold and tool changeovers and prep materials for production.
• Troubleshoot machine and part issues; respond to alarms and maintain clean work area.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and report issues to leadership.
