100Hires, Inc. seeks a hands-on Injection Molding Setup & Process Optimization Technician to lead the night shift, setting up presses, starting new jobs, and maintaining quality and throughput.

You will monitor cycles, adjust settings, and coordinate material flow to prevent defects and ensure safe operations. The role requires mechanical troubleshooting skills, experience with tool/die/mold setups, and exposure to Toshiba or Haitian presses.

Qualifications

• Hands-on background in plastic injection molding.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting capability.
• Experience performing tool/die/mold setups.

Responsibilities

• Set up and start up injection molding machines for new jobs, ensuring smooth operation and quality.
• Continuously monitor outputs and fine-tune machine settings to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate material loading and flow to prevent starvation or contamination; maintain safety and quality.
