All1Staffing, LLC is seeking a hands-on molding operator in Elk Grove Village, IL. You will run molding presses and related production equipment, follow visual instructions, and turn work orders into finished, shipment-ready parts.

You will inspect components for defects, separate nonconforming pieces, trim gates and flash, pack finished parts, and record scrap to keep production and quality data accurate. Shift options with hourly pay are provided.

Step into a hands-on manufacturing roleFrom the moment your shift begins, you’ll move between molding presses and related production equipment, turning work orders into finished, shipment-ready parts. You’ll rely on digital visual instructions, formal work orders, and guidance from your supervisor or setup technician to keep each run on spec and on schedule.A day in the lifeOperate molding presses and additional machinery within the production area, following the visual instruction screen, the work order, and direction from the supervisor/setup technician.Examine molded components for defects and separate any nonconforming pieces from the good parts.Record scrap accurately to maintain precise production and quality data.Trim gates and flash, then prepare parts so they’re ready to be packaged.Pack finished parts for shipment according to provided instructions.Brief your reliever on product specifications and molding requirements for the current run.Shifts and pay1st shift: 6:30am–3:00pm — $18.00/hour2nd shift: 2:30pm–11:00pm — $18.50/hourIf you enjoy precision work, clear instructions, and seeing quality parts come off the press, this role puts you at the center of production.
