Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Process Technician in Monticello, MN. You will ensure correct process parameters and quality control for each job, starting up injection molding machines and supporting continuous improvement.

Requires a High School diploma and at least 2 years in injection molding; hands-on with resins, strong technical and communication skills, plus basic math and computer use. A $2500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of injection molding processing experience or training.
• Understanding of resins, handling requirements and material identification.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational, communication, and basic math abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-up of injection molding machines per schedule.
• Respond to alarms on machines, robots, and auxiliaries.
• Cycle and adjust robots/pickers; manage end-of-arm tooling.
• Troubleshoot process and quality issues.
• Ensure mold cleaning schedules are followed; document changes.
• Collaborate with engineering for process improvements.
• Provide work direction to setup technicians and back-up as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
