Job summary

You will set up molds and molding presses, perform mold changes, monitor processes, complete required paperwork, and collaborate with engineering to optimize run times and scrap reduction. A high school diploma is required with 1–2 years of injection molding experience; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Process Technician with injection molding.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in medical device industry or other regulated industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds and molding machines for production operation including setup and cleanup.
• Perform mold changes on all molding presses.
• Complete process monitoring paperwork as required.
• Troubleshoot and adjust processes to meet quality and safety standards.
• Assist Engineering and maintenance; operate overhead crane.
• Use Microsoft Office to complete daily tasks.
• Support improvements with data on cycle times and scrap reduction.
