Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Process Technician in injection molding.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds / molding machines for production operation including setup, cleanup, start-up and review parts for defects.
• Perform mold changes and ensure molds are available and ready for operation.
• Monitor production processes and complete paperwork as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process issues to keep output within control parameters.
• Coordinate with engineering to optimize mold cleaning, changeovers, and production timing.
