3rd Shift | Full-Time | Ellington, CT | $30-$40 per hour

Join Dymotek as an Injection Molding Process Technician and play a hands‑on role in keeping our thermoplastic and silicone injection molding operations running safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. In this role, you will support the production schedule through mold changes, setups, first piece submissions, troubleshooting, and process control on the manufacturing floor.

What You'll Do

• Promote and follow safe work practices—safety is everyone's responsibility.
• Perform mold changes and startups according to Authorized Process documentation.
• Complete first piece inspections and verify startup and in-process inspection paperwork.
• Troubleshoot processes and inspect parts to ensure conformity and quality.
• Use Troubleshooting Matrix documents to support consistent problem-solving.
• Perform material changes, mix materials, and support material handling needs.
• Complete required in-press mold cleanings and monitor support equipment such as circulators and grinders.
• Maintain clean, organized 5S work areas.
• Provide break coverage and support other production needs as required.
• Work at the Somers and Ellington facilities as needed, with occasional weekend coverage.
• Maintain regular, on-time attendance, an essential function of every role at Dymotek.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Required Mold Technician experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read measuring devices such as micrometers, Vernier calipers, Acu-Gage, and similar tools.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours while turning, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, grasping, placing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Highly Desirable

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485.
• Working knowledge of IQMS ERP systems or equivalent platforms, plus Microsoft Office and Teams.

Schedule, Pay, and Location

• Job type: Full-time.
• Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour based on experience.
• Commute/relocation: Ability to support both Ellington and Somers, CT facilities is required at times; relocation before starting work is required if applicable.
