Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic GMP/PRP/HACCP knowledge related to food-contact packaging where applicable.
• Experience with injection molding processes preferred.
• Forklift certification or training is required.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and adjusts injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and tooling for production runs.
• Monitors and optimizes molding processes for quality and cycle efficiency.
• Troubleshoots defects, process deviations, and equipment malfunctions.
• Performs mold and material changeovers with proper setup and documentation.
• Maintains records of process parameters and troubleshooting activities.
• Operates forklift/overhead crane to move molds safely.
• Maintains a clean, organized 5S workplace and supports engineering with samples.
• Assists in machine testing, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
