Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of injection molding experience.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot multiple molding and manufacturing processes.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in developing interpersonal relationships.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Willing to travel for work-related issues or training.
• Fanuc programming experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong commitment to workplace safety by identifying hazards and following PPE requirements.
• Set molds in injection molding presses efficiently and safely to minimize change times.
• Process moldings to meet quality standards and documented parameters.
• Troubleshoot molding process issues and document changes.
• Assist associates at the press during issues or questions.
• Keep molding area clean and organized using 5-S principles.
• Relieve associates as required and own mold area equipment and tools.
• Adhere to plant policies, procedures, and ISO/TS 16949-based instructions.
