Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of injection molding process technician experience.
• Strong knowledge of molding equipment, tooling, resins, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments.
• Experience with continuous improvement or Lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, validate, and optimize injection molding processes.
• Troubleshoot molding, tooling, and quality issues.
• Analyze production data and implement process improvements.
• Support new mold validations and mold repair qualifications.
• Train and coach production employees on molding best practices.
• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
