Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with injection molding manufacturing and process engineering.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and process controls.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and identify root causes.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Operations, and customers.
• Strong commitment to manufacturing safety and standardized work.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for injection molding operations, including machine capability, mold capability, material processing, process control, and auxiliary equipment.
• Serve as an advanced troubleshooter for machine, tooling, process, material, and other production-related issues.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve manufacturing performance.
• Optimize cycle times, processes, equipment utilization, and overall production efficiency.
• Validate manufacturing processes to meet customer and internal requirements.
• Coordinate tooling and auxiliary equipment modifications to improve molding processes and meet customer specifications.
