Job summary

Surestaff is immediately hiring Machine Operators for a plastics injection molding position in Lititz, PA. The operator will set up and operate injection molding machines, read specifications, inspect molds, and deliver finished products to the end user.

Ideal candidates are self‑motivated, safety‑minded, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Overtime is available; rotating Day and Night shifts offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production/manufacturing/assembly/machine operation.
• Experience with plastics injection molding is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime and extra shifts as needed.
• Experience reading and interpreting production specifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection molding machines, vision systems, down-stream equipment and material feed equipment.
• Monitor process parameters on injection machines and secondary systems.
• Perform tooling changeovers safely and accurately per work instructions.
• Set up and adjust assembly, auxiliary, and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot molding problems (e.g., flash, short shots, dimensional issues).
