Staffmark Group is hiring an Injection Molding Machine Operator in Chattanooga, TN. The role pays $17.00 per hour and runs a 1:30pm - 10:00pm schedule. You will operate molding equipment, inspect parts, and help maintain quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with additional technical training beneficial. Prior machine operation experience is valued, and safety is a core focus on every shift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding equipment and monitor production.
• Load/unload parts per schedule and instructions.
• Inspect parts for quality and adjust as needed to meet standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work area following 5S principles.
