Premier PV is seeking an Injection Molding Operator to operate molding equipment, inspect parts, and support safe, efficient production. The role emphasizes adhering to work instructions, maintaining quality, and participating in continuous improvement within our manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED with prior production experience, be detail-oriented, and capable of operating under fast-paced conditions while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines according to work instructions and production schedules.
• Load raw materials and components into equipment.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections for quality.
• Package, label, and move finished products according to specifications.
• Maintain production rates while following safety standards.
• Assist with material changes, mold changes, and machine startup activities.
