Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe continuous operation of automatic molding machines to ensure products meet specifications and detect jams or malfunctions.
• Operate, set up, or tend injection molding machines to cast products from thermoplastic materials.
• Remove finished or cured products from dies or molds using hand tools and other equipment.
• Install dies on machines according to work orders and apply parting agents as needed.
• Monitor temperatures, pressures, and cycle times with meters and gauges.
• Visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects to ensure specifications.
