Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with molding equipment and basic measurement tools.
• 3 months molding experience or 1 year with HI-LEX preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up robots and operate injection molding machines.
• Follow safety rules and keep the work area clean.
• Ensure first piece and hourly checks are performed.
• Follow production schedules to run maximum amount of high quality parts with minimal downtime.
• Performs SPC visual and dimensional checks on component parts.
• Documents mold or machinery problems and reports as required.
• Reviews, corrects and submits all required documents.
• Packs, weighs, labels, and moves finished products.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
