Job summary

Manpower is seeking a General Tech / Machine Operator in Chippewa Falls, WI to support the production team. The role involves operating 14-15 injection molding machines on a 12-hour shift, inspecting products, labeling and packaging, and maintaining a clean work area in line with 5S principles.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, can lift up to 50 lbs, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills to follow procedures and work instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
• Good housekeeping and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand written procedures and instructions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, turn, for a 12 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate 14-15 injection molding machines for production on a 12-hour shift.
• Inspect products according to work instructions to ensure quality standards.
• Label and package products in compliance with customer requirements.
• Operate auxiliary equipment as needed to support manufacturing processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S principles.
