Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 2‑5 years of work experience and knowledge of plastic and plastic processing.
• Requires knowledge of how an injection‑molding machine works.
• Understanding and good knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics.

Process Technician – Mukwonago, WI

We have an exciting position open in Mukwonago, WI: Process Technician, reporting to the Molding Room Manager. This position requires the ability to set up, adjust and troubleshoot operations of all injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.

Setups to include mechanical hookups as well as water, hydraulics and electrical hookups. Document process by writing maintenance and tool room work orders. Set processing parameters. Drive fork trucks. Communicate the status of the process to the operators and/or supervisor. Be familiar with and operate auxiliary equipment, such as grinders, conveyors and closing machines. Clean and maintain equipment. Maintain the flow of quality of parts being produced, arrange work areas and set up auxiliary equipment as required.
