Job summary

Mega Force Staffing Group partnered with a leading global manufacturer to hire dependable Machine Operators in Asheboro, NC. As a Machine Operator, you will safely and efficiently operate injection molding machines and perform secondary tasks at the press, including trimming parts and packaging to customer specifications.

This is a great opportunity to build manufacturing experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-speed production environment.
• Willing to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding presses safely and efficiently.
• Follow standard work instructions and production procedures.
• Perform visual inspections of parts for quality.
• Use a micrometer to check part dimensions when required.
• Trim, finish, and package parts according to customer specs.
• Document shift paperwork and production records.
• Communicate defects or production issues to leads or supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support continuous improvement and work as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
