Job summary

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring visa sponsorship.
• At least 1 year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• This position requires U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status or eligibility for export authorization under ITAR/EAR.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection molding presses.
• Synchronize operations with hot stampers, paint machines, pad printers, assembly machines, and related equipment.
• Conduct visual, in-process, and final inspections of parts for contamination.
• Complete and maintain checklists and documentation accurately.
• Follow operator guides and work instructions with precision.
• Trim and package parts per instructions ensuring quality and consistency.
• Communicate job status across shifts and collaborate with Mold Technicians to address issues.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Participate in setting and achieving departmental goals.
• Perform emails, data entry, and document creation efficiently using a computer.
