Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, located in New Richmond, WI, is seeking Production Operators to join our team and support operations. You will contribute to creating high-quality products that meet customer needs, with opportunities to learn in a climate-controlled facility.

Shift options include 8-hour first shift (7am–3pm), 8-hour second shift (3pm–11pm) with an 8% premium, and 12-hour rotating days (5am–5pm) or nights (5pm–5am) with premiums of +4% and +14% respectively.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow operator’s guide and work instructions.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a quality-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, in-process and final inspections of parts per quality criteria.
• Access, read, comprehend, and follow operator’s guide and work instructions.
• Trim and package parts according to customer standards.
• Communicate status of jobs to previous and following shifts.
• Report to workstation on time and complete documentation accurately.
• Other duties as assigned.
