Qualifications

• Basic computer usage including mouse.
• Ability to learn label printing software.
• Basic understanding of English to read work orders.
• Mechanical aptitude for setup, startup, tuning, minor repair.
• Ability to read work instructions and maintenance manuals.
• Ability to perform basic addition and subtraction.
• Ability to troubleshoot production machine issues.
• Ability to inspect labeling and packaging for defects.
• Understand operational procedures for safe manufacturing.
• Ability to manage stress.
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Shift involves standing most of the time.
• Vision within normal range.
• Must work at Arlington, TX facility; evenings/weekends possible.
• Exposure to production equipment; noise level moderate.

Responsibilities

• Pulls work orders at shift start and as needed.
• Verifies work order labels and data for accuracy.
• Inspects product type, label, color, and molding uniformity.
• Runs production equipment at standard rates.
• Starts and completes production runs per work order.
• Prints and labels boxes and cases.
• Assembles molded parts and packaging.
• Records production data in EPICOR ERP.
• Cleans and maintains machines and work areas.
• Escalates machine problems to maintenance when needed.
• Adheres to safety guidelines and company values.
• Attends meetings and maintains accurate time records.
• Works around automated machinery; performs with care.
