Job summary

StatLab in Arlington, TX is seeking an Injection Molding Production Operator to operate one or more production lines on the assigned shift with minimal supervision. You will pull work orders, verify labels, inspect product, run equipment at standard rates, print labels, and document run data in EPICOR ERP; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work evenings/weekends as needed.

General Summary

This position works under minimal supervision and is responsible for operating one or more of the Injection Molding Production Lines as assigned that shift.

Duties and Responsibilities (essential duties are italicized)

• g. Comfortable using a weight scale for accuracy.
• h. Prints and labels boxes.
• i. Pulls flattened case boxes and assembles enough of them for that shift.
• j. Prints and labels cases.
• k. Performs final assembly and/or packaging of molded parts
• l. Records production run data on work order and in ERP System (EPICOR)
• m. Stops machine at the end of the run.
• n. Cleans and maintains production machines and work areas.
• 2. Performs basic troubleshooting on machine, resolving basic problems as trained.
• 3. Escalates machine problems to the Maintenance Team and or Lead as required.
• 4. Performs in a manner consistent with company Core Values and Purpose.
• 5. Attends all scheduled meetings, missing no more than 10% annually.
• 6. Clocks in and out for work and lunch with no more than 1 error per month.
• 8. Follows all OSHA and other safety guidelines.

11. Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include, but are not limited to: sitting, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, and walking for extended periods of time on a concrete floor, and occasionally lifting and carrying items which may weigh up to 50 pounds.
12. Position spends approximately 5% of time sitting at a workstation and 95% standing or walking.
13. Vision must be within or correctable to within normal range.
14. Must work from the Arlington, TX facility and be able to work on time on a regular basis during scheduled shift. Must be available for evening/weekend work as needed.
15. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is exposed to production equipment at various times. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Position starts at between $18.00 per hour. This position pays a shift differential of $.75 more per hour worked during B shift. B Shift hours are 2:00pm- 10:30pm. M-F with possible mandatory Saturday OT
