Job summary

Noble Plastics, Inc. seeks a shift-based Injection Molding Operator to run multiple molding machines, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean, efficient work cell. You will follow safety policies, log data in ROC40 and IQMS, and support secondary tasks such as pad printing and packaging in a 12-hour production shift.

Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, basic math, and proficiency with ERP systems. ITAR restrictions apply; U.S. persons only.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must sign a confidentiality agreement.
• ITAR-regulated government contract restriction: U.S. persons only.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines and monitor productivity and quality.
• Perform quality measurements and checks on finished products.
• Log into ROC 40 for machine assignment and track scrap rate.
• Document production and downtime codes in IQMS.
• Perform material moisture analysis and keep dryers clean.
• Assemble and package finished goods per work standards.
• Carry out secondary operations (e.g., pad printing) and inspect rework.
• Maintain Production Folders and Quality Standards; understand press basics.
• Set up machines for production runs and ensure accurate run counts.
