Training is provided on the first shift for about two weeks, with opportunities on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate machinery safely.
• Strong attention to detail to detect defects.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to train on first shift before moving to assigned schedule.
• Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous but not required.
• Must pass a national background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines according to established procedures and production requirements.
• Remove molded plastic parts from equipment as needed.
• Inspect finished products for defects and verify that quality standards are met.
• Trim excess plastic and perform basic finishing or assembly tasks.
• Sort, package, and label products according to work instructions.
• Monitor production processes and report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and operating procedures.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining product quality and consistency.
