Job summary

Southeastern Container, Inc. is a leading PET bottle and preform manufacturer supplying the Coca-Cola bottling system along the East Coast and Midwest.

We are hiring an Injection Machine Operator to run injection molding equipment, ensuring safety and quality in production. You will start up and shutdown machines, monitor processes, perform changeovers, run diagnostics, keep records, and participate in safety training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and safety rules.
• Basic math and ability to record production data.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn injection molding equipment.
• Ability to perform material and product changeovers.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts including overtime.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely start, stop, and operate injection molding machines and crane systems.
• Monitor resin and colorant feed and perform color changes as scheduled.
• Observe production output and quality specifications; report anomalies.
• Complete required scrap, maintenance, and quality reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety policies.
• Assist with mold cleaning and calibration checks.
