Job summary

Texas Injection Molding is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to ensure up-time and optimal utilization of all equipment, including injection molding machines. You will develop preventive maintenance procedures, troubleshoot complex electrical systems, and manage maintenance budgets.

The role requires 7+ years in industrial maintenance, strong hydraulics and electrical skills, and the ability to operate forklifts and other equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in maintenance of industrial equipment including injection molding machines.
• Experience with industrial mechanical repair including hydraulics repair, motors, pumps.
• Electrical knowledge and ability to interpret electrical schematics & troubleshoot complex electrical wiring systems.
• Ability to diagnose problems and devise best solutions for repairs on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Maintain satisfactory up-time and optimum utilization of equipment.
• Help create and document preventative maintenance program procedures on all capital equipment.
• Troubleshoot, maintenance and repair of all facility and production equipment.
• Operate mobile equipment such as skid loaders, scissor lifts, forklifts, etc.
• Maintain maintenance budget including monitoring inventory and expenses.
• On call 24 hours for any maintenance related issues that could impact company"s ability to meet customer commitment.
• Drives continuous improvement across all aspects of the operation.
