Base pay range

$33.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Location: Roxboro, NC

Pay: $33 to $35/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in injection molding setup and processing. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11pm to 7am

Greene Resources is seeking an Injection Molding Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team! In this role, you provide technical support to help us produce plastic parts at a high standard of quality. In this role, you'll provide technical support to help ensure the production of high-quality plastic parts.

Job Description:

Set up and start the injection molding machines for production.
Perform mold insert changes as needed.
Clean and inspect mold components according to the maintenance schedule.
Use hand tools to perform routine maintenance and adjustments.
Check for and report any damage to mold components.
Troubleshoot machine and processing issues during production.
Assist with color changes and ensure material transitions run smoothly.
Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure product standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Position Requirements:

Experience with material handling equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical diagrams.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to read and write in English.
Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple priorities efficiently.
