Job summary

Silgan White Cap in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to coordinate with the tooling lead to refurbish and rebuild molds, and to clean and maintain molds with preventative maintenance.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years in manufacturing, strong communication, leadership, and the ability to read schematics; a safe, proactive attitude and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Technical degree preferred or equivalent technical experience; 3 to 5 years in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.
• Good personal leadership and organizational skills.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical maintenance required.
• Proficient computer skills to include MS Office and Microsoft Outlook.
• Good mathematical and analytical skills.
• Ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities
