IML Containers North America INC. seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain injection molding machines, robotics, and associated systems to ensure safe, efficient production. The role supports product quality and FSMS through preventive maintenance and timely issue reporting.

You will perform lubrication, inspection, and troubleshooting, ensuring equipment operates within defined parameters and that traceability records are complete.

Qualificações

• Must have maintenance experience in machining, plastic processing, or millwright work.
• Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams.
• Ability to apply formulas and math concepts in a mechanical/production context.
• Authorized to work in USA and pass background and drug screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on injection molding machines, robotics, and auxiliary equipment.
• Maintain building systems and utilities as needed.
• Lubricate, inspect, diagnose, and adjust mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Ensure production meets quality, efficiency, and safety standards for food safety.
• Record maintenance activities and ensure traceability and audit readiness.
• Support tooling changes and production changes per procedures.
• Keep work area clean, organized and compliant with hygiene requirements.
