Job summary

Sinclair & Rush, Inc. in Fenton, MO is seeking an Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate and monitor injection molding equipment, ensure product quality, and maintain safe, efficient production lines.

The ideal candidate works well in a team, is mechanically inclined, can lift up to 50 lbs, follows instructions, and is willing to work overtime and flexible hours. Prior injection molding or manufacturing experience is a plus.
