Responsibilities

• Supports production associates with material handling, job setup, and material picking.
• Performs manufacturing operations as needed.
• Works with Production Supervisor and Supply Chain Specialists to set priorities.
• Creates and maintains assigned job schedules.
• Coordinates parts shortages and equipment issues to ensure production flow.
• Communicates effectively within department to maximize productivity.
• Facilitates material and paperwork flow to conform to production schedules.
• Monitors performance and adherence to company policies and goals.
