• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor operations for injection molding presses.
• Relieve operators during breaks and assist with setup.
• Coach and train operators on machine operation and safety.
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for production.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap and cycle times.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of production goals.
